  1. 試著向 HiNet 申請固定 IP ，結果沒用。
  2. 在瀏覽器裡指定使用 HiNet 的 proxy ： proxy.hinet.net:80 ，竟然就解決問題了。

結果還是搞不清楚到底怎麼回事……
